Central Iowa Sheds specializes in providing sheds and custom portable storage buildings to customers throughout Iowa.

Our primary location is based out of Mitchellville and became part of the Spring Valley Sheds family of dealerships in Spring 2018. We then opened a second location in Newton, Iowa in June 2019. Our third location in Ottumwa, Iowa opened in December 2021. Our fourth and fifth location at Lake Rathbun and Iconium, Iowa opened in Spring of 2022. Our sixth Iowa location opened at Lake Sundown near Moravia, Iowa in January 2024.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide local assistance to residents of Mitchellville, Altoona, Bondurant, Pleasant Hill, Des Moines, Colfax, Prairie City, Marshalltown, Ankeny, Ames, Fort Dodge, Guthrie Center, Panora, De Soto, Stuart, Runnells, Pleasantville, Indianola, Knoxville, Melcher Dallas, Pella, Grinnell, Newton, Monroe, Baxter, Ottumwa, Agency, Batavia, Eldon, Bloomfield, Drakesville, Centerville, Chariton, Melrose, Promise City, Albia, Eddyville, Hedrick, and all other areas in the state of Iowa and Northern Missouri.

Spring Valley Sheds are exclusively sold at our dealerships, and all products are made with quality materials at reasonable prices, with a high standard of craftsmanship. Buildings are designed so they can be easily wired, insulated, and finished on the inside. We can customize any solution or layout you prefer.

American Metal Buildings are exclusively sold at our dealerships since 2021. All AMB structures are manufactured in the USA with components from US suppliers. AMB meets the Buy American requirements under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). We offer small Carports to large Clear Span Buildings. We service Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin for all AMB buildings.
