Central Iowa Sheds specializes in providing sheds and custom portable storage buildings to customers throughout Iowa.

Our primary location is based out of Mitchellville and became part of the Spring Valley Sheds family of dealerships in Spring 2018. We then opened a second location in Newton, Iowa in June 2019. Our third location in Ottumwa, Iowa opened in December 2021.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide local assistance to residents of Mitchellville, Altoona, Bondurant, Pleasant Hill, East Des Moines, Colfax, Prairie City, Runnells, Newton, Monroe, Baxter, Ottumwa, Agency, Batavia, Eldon, Bloomfield, Drakesville, Albia, Eddyville, Hedrick, and other areas in the state of Iowa and Northern Missouri.

Spring Valley Sheds are exclusively sold at both of our dealerships, and all products are made with quality materials at reasonable prices, with a high standard of craftsmanship. Buildings are designed so they can be easily wired, insulated, and finished on the inside. We can customize any solution or layout you prefer.

Here at Central Iowa Sheds we are so confident in the quality construction of our buildings that we will fix any problem you have within the first eight years of your shed being created—at no cost to you.*

*Normal wear and tear plus abuse are excluded with our portable storage buildings. There is no warranty on pine, cedar lumber, or stain.
